Other Charges

Here is a list of other service charges that may apply to a delivery.

Waiting Time:

50¢ per minute after 5 minutes (inclusive).

Van Charge:

A charge of $30 applies to any shipment in excess of 5 boxes or 150lbs.

Pick-up Not Available:

Half the price of the delivery charge is billed.

PIB:

A charge will be applied to deliveries involving difficult or time consuming circumstances (ie. no loading dock for a delivery of multiple boxes). This nominal charge is discussed in event of any such circumstance.

Repeat Attempts:

The applicable rate is charged for each additional delivery attempt to the same address.

Address Corrections:

An additional $8.50 will be applied to overnight deliveries requiring address corrections or changes.

Proof Of Signature:

A charge of $3.75 will be applied to each request for a faxed copy of the proof of delivery for overnight deliveries.

Reverse Overnight Deliveries:

Reverse order pick-ups are subject to an additional charge.

Within the GTA	$ 3.00 is added
Outside the GTA	$ 6.00 is added

Invoice Reissue:

A charge of $1.50 per invoice will be applied on request of an invoice reissue.

Customs Charges :

SpeedTrek is happy to initially pay any customs charges that may be incurred on international shipments. These charges will be billed back to the customer requesting the international shipment. Please note that these charges often appear up to six months after delivery.

After Hours:

After hours and weekend deliveries are possible. Contact us for a quote.
